Backups

This page is for “backups” of regulations in the public domain that are missing from official US Government websites. It is as up-to-date as I have been able to find as of 2 February 2025. Please check with your organization, if possible, to make sure they are up to date. If you have a more recent version or can point me to where to find one, please contact me on LinkedIn. The text is directly from official sites prior to their removal or the website’s shutdown. They were all legally obtained direct from the public website via mirroring sites and the Wayback Machine and do not pose security risks nor–as they are in the US Public Domain as documents written on the taxpayer dime–violate Intellectual Property rules. No documents were stored behind Government firewalls and were freely available to the public–if you know where to look.

These are REGULATIONS and GUIDES you use to do your job. I recommend downloading or viewing on your phone or printing from your home computer to take to work.

You do not need to sign up for my newsletter to use this page. You do not need to buy anything. This specific site is the most convenient way I can provide backups to the regs. Not everything in life is about money, and I still have the heart of a public servant. I am a former DoD Contracting Officer with a focus on Rapid Acquisition, creative strategies, and being both efficient and effective: some people retire and work at their local soup kitchen, but I retired in 2024 and volunteer here. I do not represent the US Government or any contractor. I answer only to myself and only for myself.
